As a Tandem calendar subscriber, parents and students are kept up to date automatically with email, RSS or text messages. Simply subscribe to the group or groups you want to track, like the drama club or sports teams. When events from these groups are updated, you will be instantly notified. Baseball Game rained out? Automatic email. Drama performance rescheduled? Automatic text message. Simply choose your own favorite communication tools and you will stay up to date, no matter what.

Tandem provides parents and students with the ability to subscribe to a group's events with a digital calendar of their choice, like Outlook, Apple iCal, Google Calendar, Windows Live, Yahoo Calendar, Cozi, 30 Boxes, etc. Find the group or groups which you would like to track. Click the "add to my calendar" button and synchronize directly with your calendar. If this group's schedule ever changes or adds new events, your digital calendar will update automatically. It's really easy to track sports or any activity of interest to you and your children.

Tandem helps schools communicate with parents and students through RSS (really simple syndication) feeds about events.  RSS feeds can be synchronized with your PC or phone to keep you totally up to date.  Stay current with Tandem RSS feeds.

Parents and students can submit news stories to schools and districts that use the Tandem calendar.  After designated staff approves, these news stories will appear as part of an event on the Tandem calendar!  Stay up to date on the latest news about events.

Parents and students can view and submit photos about events on the Tandem calendar. Once designated staff at the school or district approve, check out your photos from events right on the Tandem calendar!  Stay up to date on all the event photos.

Tandem school and district calendars include information about many events.  You can subscribe only to groups you care about, like the drama club or baseball team, and either subscribe to that group's event information with your personal digital calendar, or Tandem will create a customized "My Tandem" calender just for you. Only the groups and events you care about will be shown and automatically updated on your "My Tandem" calendar web page. No clutter, never too much information, just what you want when you want it.
